WHAT DO I RECEIVE IF I AM SELECTED?
ONE major prize is selected for a family portrait experience in the studio including a 24" fine art portrait.
10 Runner Prizes will be awarded and if you are selected to receive one of our gifted experience, you will enjoy a family studio session that is valued at $300 plus your choice of either a 14" fine art mounted print or a $500 studio product credit. To book your session, we require you and your spouse or significant other to come into our studio for an in person studio consultation where we learn more about your vision for your family portrait, share about what is included, go over our products and pricing, and give you information on what to wear, and schedule your session if you want to get on our calendar. Session must be completed in the month of the giveaway and before 12/31/2025.
To book your gifted experience, we require a $200 non refundable retainer that converts to a $200 studio product credit. We value your time and ours, and this helps prevent any no-shows or last minute cancellations. We are a one woman owned small business and our calendar is very booked.Your experience included a private studio session of your family with your dogs (if you choose). You will come back in a few days to the studio for a cinematic presentation of your portraits. During this ordering appointment, you will see your images projected onto the wall and we will design some wall art for you. You will have the opportunity to view a collection of your beautiful portraits and select your favorites that you love and decide how you want to enjoy them, finalizing your order at this appointment.
If you decide you would like additional portraits, your $200 retainer can be applied to any purchase you make.
DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE ANY IMAGES?
We want you to feel completely comfortable when deciding on what portraits you love. You may select just your 14" fine art mounted portrait that has been gifted. However, we find most people fall in love with so many images and often purchase a collection of portraits, portrait box, or our Italian made luxury wall in acrylic or metal, or our signature mixed media painted portrait.
If you decide you want to purchase additional artwork, your $200 retainer will be applied toward any purchase. We will guide you through which products are available and will design some wall art collection mock ups for you to see during your design ordering appointment which happens a few days after your session.
INVESTMENT
We offer a variety of products to fit your budget. Our print collection starts $1050 and our Italian made wall art starts at $1000 for a 14" ready to hang wall art in acrylic or metal. While there is no obligation to purchase, we often find our clients fall in love with artwork we create and our studio is known for beautiful fine art products including gorgeous hand painted wall art. Most client who choose to purchase, generally invest between $1500-$5000 or more. Some invest up to $15,000, however as we mentioned, there is no obligation for you to purchase beyond your complimentary 14" fine art gift that is included with the gifted session.
DO YOU HAVE DIGITAL OPTIONS?
All our print collections and wall art comes the matching digital files of the products purchase to print to 8x10 and for social media use. Please note the 14" fine art mounted print that is a gift included in your session does NOT include the matching digital file but you can purchase it for $200. We also offer a digital only collection of 5 digital images for $1500. However, most people purchase our print collections which comes with the print and the matching digital images.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Our work is created with pride and the process involves many steps. Due to the nature of our work and what we create, all purchases are FINAL after your payment is process and there is no refunds. Our process starts immediately after the order is placed which means that our staff edits the images and our production begins. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE MY ORDER IS READY?
We take great pride in creating beautiful artwork for you. Our production time is from 4-8 weeks unless it's a mixed media painted portrait which is 12 weeks. During the Holiday season, our time may be a little longer due to demands and also our cut off for our Italian wall art is November 20 in order to receive by Christmas.
