FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)
1) What will I get for participating?
You will be photographed by our published photographer/portrait artist Kim Ortiz at our studio located at the Hill Country Galleria in Bee cave. The session is in the studio and is normally $300 but is complimentary if selected as our model. Plus as a thank you, you will receive a $100 studio credit to use toward any purchase. No obligation to purchase.
2) Why are you offering this special?
We are always looking for new dogs to feature on our social media and marketing. Our studio is located at a high end outdoor mall in Bee Cave and we have a lot of walk by traffic so your dog may be featured in our marketing in our studio window or on our walls.
3) Can I purchase products?
Yes! We offer beautiful wall art and products if you choose to purchase. There is no obligation to do so but most people on average spend $1000 or more on products.
4) Can I be in the photos with my dog?
Of course. We love capturing the bond of dogs and the people who love them.
5) Does my dog have to be able to sit and stay on command?
It helps if your dog can sit and stay; however, since we will be in the studio, it is a safe environment so your dog will be ok.
6) When are the sessions?
Sessions are done during select days during studio hour so you will need to be available during these times.
7) What will you be doing with my dog's photos?
We use the images for social media, marketing, and samples in our studio or on our website portfolio.
8) Is there anything else I need to know?
If selected to participate, there is a $100 deposit to reserve your session on our calendar. This will be refunded to you AFTER you complete the session.
9) How much are your products and is there any obligation to purchase?
Products start at $550 for gift prints but there is no obligation to purchase. If you decide to do so, you will receive a $100 print credit to apply toward any purchase. Your deposit can also be applied toward your purchase.
10) When do I have to be available for this session?
In the next 8 weeks.
