SESSION DATE: AUGUST 4TH from 1-2pm. We assign time every 5 minutes on a consecutive time slot.

Each child will be able to meet our Princess Belle and will have a quick photo with her. We will text and email you your session time.

Model Release Terms & Copyright

I hereby give permission to Kim Ortiz Portrait Art to use any photos taken during this portrait event in advertising, portfolio, website, social media and print. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the portrait artist Kim Ortiz of all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage. I fully understand the terms of this release. I understand that all images posted by Kim Ortiz Portrait Art on all social media, and in print are copyrighted by Kim Ortiz Portrait Art and are not to be copied, scanned or used without prior written authorization.

*Due to the nature of the business, and for respect and consideration for the photographer, no cameras (including cell phone cameras) are allowed in the camera room during your session.
*Session fee is non refundable as we have to compensate our Princess.

Thank you for booking your Princess Belle Limited Edition Session

We are excited for your little girl to meet our Princess Belle at our studio for a quick meet and greet and photo with her before you head to see the show "Beauty and the Beast" at the Hill Country Galleria. The event is Wednesday, July 19th.

Please arrive on time for your session time and wait in line inside the studio to check in. Allow time to park your car at the mall. We have only 12 sessions available and they are all by appointment back to back so if you are late for your scheduled time, we will not be able to photograph your child. Parking is available behind Chisos restaurant or Healthy Pet. Our studio is to the right of Yoga & Goga and across from Anthony's Patio.

Session fee is non-refundable.
