We are located in Austin, Texas. Our studio is at the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave, about 15 miles from downtown Austin. 

What days are sessions done? 

We offer sessions Tuesday-Saturday. Saturday sessions are a premium sessions and have a minimum purchase. 

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

All session fees are non refundable. 

STUDIO POLICY

What is your deposit policy?

For a gift certificate or special offer, we take $100 non refundable retainer to avoid last minute cancellations.

When is the ordering/design appointment?

Ordering/design appointments are done a few days after the session at the studio.  Orders are placed during the ordering/design appointment. If you need to come back for a second ordering/design appointment to place your order, we require a $150 fee that can be applied toward your order. Any special gift certificate credits for special offers will only be available to use during the first ordering appointment.
