Retainer Fee

Kim Ortiz Portrait Art is an award winning five star high end studio in Austin, Texas. We offer a high end portrait experience to our clients. As a boutique studio offering exceptional quality products and experience, we require a session fee or retainer fee to confirm your appointment on our calendar. Once we confirm a client on our calendar, we do not take additional clients for that date and time. Session fees are non refundable and retainer fees for promotional offers are also refundable but is applied as a product credit toward your purchase if used during your ordering appointment
